I often feel sick. Are there any lifestyle habits that might help?

I have poor digestion, so I often get diarrhea. I think it's because I'm sensitive, but are there any lifestyle habits that could help improve my digestion? I don't go straight to bed after eating, but if there's something I can do consistently that would be helpful, I'd like to try it.

    소식하고 천천히 먹기 그리고 최대한 많이 씹고 넘기기 이렇게만 해도 소화에 큰 도움되더라구요. 그리고 밀가루 튀긴음식 소화에 어려운 음식들도 자제해보세요
