(Question) I often have gas in my stomach. What could be the reason?
I've received all the major treatments above and I don't have any other intestinal symptoms these days, so nothing has changed in particular. However, I'm having trouble digesting food and often have gas in my stomach.
For about a week, I feel like my digestion is slower than usual and my stomach feels stuffy and bloated. My stomach and intestines feel the same way, and I keep hearing a clicking sound in my stomach. It's not the sound of water going down the intestines or a gurgling sound. Every time I hear the clicking sound, I feel uncomfortable and have a slight pressure-like pain.
I feel embarrassed and sensitive because my stomach makes noises when I eat, even when I'm working.
I'm trying to reduce the amount of noodles and flour in foods like ramen or jjambbong, and I'm trying to drink a lot of warm water. After every meal, I make sure to walk or stretch for at least 10 minutes.
Is it because the movement of the intestines or large intestine is reduced?
I'm not sure if this is caused by the intestines, the stomach, or both.
I don't see any good reason for this, but I'm not sure if I'm missing something. Does anyone know?
