Usually, during lunch time, the company delivers food such as pizza or hamburgers.
After eating, I always feel tired, have an upset stomach, and have trouble concentrating during work hours after lunch.
So I drink coffee, drink water often, and take digestive enzymes.
Should I go to the hospital if I experience these symptoms?
Or should I just take some medicine and rest?
