I treated stress-induced gastritis by reducing stress and taking nutritional supplements.

At some point, my stomach started hurting and feeling gritty after eating, making it difficult to eat. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with stress-related gastritis. From then on, I worked hard to reduce stress and take nutritional supplements to treat it. After about six months of this, I think I finally cured my stress-related gastritis.

I'm naturally a bit sensitive, so I experience a lot of stress at work and the stress from interpersonal relationships often makes me feel overwhelmed. Furthermore, I'm constantly worrying and stressed about everyday things like cleaning and food. I think that's why I developed stress-related gastritis.

So, to treat stress-induced gastritis, I focused on reducing stress. Truthfully, I couldn't cut back on or quit my work or relationships, so instead, I started exercising to effectively relieve the stress I was experiencing. I signed up for a gym membership and worked out for about an hour every evening, trying to relieve the stress I had accumulated that day. On weekends, I tried to relieve stress by hiking and taking walks around the neighborhood, taking in the phytoncides and enjoying nature. I also increased my sleep from four to five hours to around seven.

In order to treat stress-induced gastritis, I tried to reduce the root cause, stress itself, and also took nutritional supplements that were helpful for stomach health.

I took L-glutamine and zinc-carnosine supplements to treat stress-related gastritis. L-glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in the body and is said to be a major energy source for gastric mucosal cells. It helps repair and regenerate damaged gastric mucosa, contributing to a stronger stomach lining. I thought it would also help treat stress-related gastritis, so I took it.

Zinc carnosine is a combination of zinc and L-carnosine. Zinc carnosine is an effective ingredient in protecting the gastric mucosa from gastric acid and reducing inflammation, so I took it thinking it would be effective in treating stress-related gastritis.

I've been trying to treat stress-related gastritis for about six months by exercising, getting more sleep, reducing stress, and taking nutritional supplements that support stomach health. I feel better now. I plan to continue taking care of my stomach health going forward.
