(Question) I have trouble digesting flour these days. Is there a solution?
In the past, people ate a lot of flour in one day and it was easy to digest.
Lately, I've been having trouble digesting food and I feel like something is bloating inside me.
I'm worried because the trim seems to be coming out strangely.
But if I completely cut out flour, I feel like my personality will deteriorate.
For example, even if I just eat a piece of bread as dessert at a cafe, I don't feel very well.
Even though I ate small pieces of bread instead of large ones, I still have trouble digesting them.
Is there no other way than to cut out desserts altogether?
Other foods are fine, but I only get this reaction to wheat flour.
