My treatment review after suffering from a cold during the Chuseok holiday.
I was really worried about what I should do during the long Chuseok holiday.
I had a really bad cold and was sick for 4 days.
Ugh....This is my treatment review, which is hard to read without tears.
Before I start writing... there's something sadder than a treatment review.
I suffered from a really bad cold, so... As I was hesitating to write my story, it got longer and longer, and I ended up writing over two pages of A4 paper and attaching photos, but before I could press complete, I thought, "Oh, I need to add a hospital too," and when I pressed the hospital button below, the pop-up window turned white and wouldn't return to the writing...
My hair is really turning white.........
I tried pressing the ESC key and searched Naver to see how to solve it;;;;;;
I press any function key and the moment I press F5...............it goes back to the initial screen;;;;;;;;;;
I pressed refresh.............................yo..........ugh...........
My writing...............my writing..............my writing............sob........
I wrote this while enduring the pain, but it's such a serious and long piece of writing, and it feels like the world is falling apart.
Ah~ I was thinking of just not writing it, but I gave up on writing such a long post and will just write it.
I spent the Chuseok holiday almost without going out, just cooking for my mom and binge-watching dramas at home.
Suddenly, starting on Wednesday, my sneezing and runny nose symptoms started to get worse.
Come to think of it, this was a warning sign.
I thought it was a common symptom because I have rhinitis and the weather is chilly.
On Thursday, I had a hard time eating all day because I sneezed and had a runny nose from morning to night.
I blew my nose so much that the trash can was full of tissues and my ears were ringing.
The problem was that at night, I got chills and it was so cold that I started shivering, so I ended up taking out my winter blanket and going to sleep, but when I woke up in the morning, I couldn't sleep because of a persistent cough, a runny nose, a sore throat, a headache, and earache. There were no symptoms below my head, but there was no place on my head that didn't hurt.
When I woke up in the morning and opened the hospital door, I went to the ENT department as the first patient.
This is Orange ENT Clinic, which I often visit because I often catch colds.
I reported my symptoms and thought it might be coronavirus or the flu, so I got tested, but the results were negative.
I thought my fever had gone down compared to last night, but it was still 38.5 degrees.
I even got a shot in the buttocks with an antipyretic.
I really hate getting a Ringer's injection because I can't see the blood vessels very well, but there was no other way.
Even after doing all this, I still had a high fever at night. The runny nose stopped, but my sore throat got worse, and I kept having a cough in the morning, making it hard to sleep.
I couldn't eat any food because I was really hungry, but I had to take medicine, so I ate well and took the medicine, but it didn't work, so I was worried what was wrong.
I went back to the hospital on Saturday and got tested for COVID-19 again, but it wasn't true again.
In the end, I only spent 40,000 won on the inspection fee;;;;
The doctor also said it was strange that my fever wasn't going down even after taking antipyretics, and that he thought I needed to prescribe stronger cold medicine, so he changed my antibiotics. I was worried that I might have side effects from the antibiotics, but thankfully, I only had a dry mouth and no other side effects.
Since my stomach function is poor, they also added anti-nausea medication.
The number of pills is staggering;;;
The new medicine seemed to have had some effect, as the pain subsided and the fever went down a bit.
I was worried because I started having a sore throat, headache, and eye pain again on Sunday.
I think it hurts less now that it's Monday and I'm going to work, maybe because I'm nervous.
I felt less cold because I went to work fully armed with a fur-filled hoodie and muffler.
Everyone was worried that I might catch a cold because I was the only one wearing winter clothes, with a haggard appearance and a changed voice.
Oh my... When will this damn cold ever go away?
What I just wrote doesn't seem that short, right????????
I think the number of articles that flew away was 2.5 times the size of this article...
Hahaha let's forget it!! We need to forget it quickly ㅋㅋ
Anyway, it was a nightmare-like 4 days. These days, there's a lot of coronavirus and flu going around... and of course, colds too!!!
If you catch it, it doesn't get better easily and it hurts a lot. Everyone, be careful not to catch a cold.
You know it's important to prevent colds in advance, right? Get plenty of sleep, eat well, and boost your immune system.
I don't want to press the hospital button;;;;;;;;;;;;;
