Good news about my mother with pancreatic cancer hospitalized due to pneumonia

Recently, she was hospitalized for alveolar candidiasis (pneumonia). She had a urinary catheter and ventilator for a week, so I stayed by her side to care for her. Now, both the urinary catheter and ventilator have been removed, and she is hospitalized alone.
I took a CT scan on the day I was suddenly hospitalized after an outpatient visit, and I received the results today.
Although there was lymph node metastasis due to pancreatic cancer infiltration of the common bile duct, the lymph node metastasis has significantly decreased. The blood vessels in the aorta are still present, but their size has also greatly reduced. I am very grateful and emotional, but I couldn't say anything.
The professor said that when you catch pneumonia this time, it can be dangerous depending on the situation.. He asked if there was only the guardian's son.. At that moment, I couldn't cry in front of my mother.. I just stared blankly at my mother, who was on a ventilator in the intensive care unit..
However, unexpectedly, I received good news that pancreatic cancer has decreased significantly today. I shared my bittersweet feelings here and received a lot of comfort. I read each message and found solace in my heart. (Sorry I couldn't leave many comments) As for family...
I believe that our one and only mom will overcome this well. Today, she seems to have a peaceful night. (According to ICU regulations, admission and discharge are possible after 24 hours, but since there are no available hospital rooms, I sat in a chair for 30 hours, staying by my mother's side, dozing off and finally managing to go up...)
