Are there any lifestyle habits that promote good digestion?
I'm having a hard time digesting food these days, but once this starts happening,
For a while, I couldn't digest anything ㅠㅠ
So I hope that we can improve it through diet or habits.
It's a bit burdensome to take digestive medicine every time
