Has anyone experienced indigestion, heartburn, or nausea after taking a multivitamin or vitamin C? I switched supplements, and I'm not sure if I overdosed on the recommended daily dose or if I took it on an empty stomach, but I've started experiencing heartburn. I've heard that vitamin C is better absorbed on an empty stomach, so I've been taking it before meals lately. Will this actually be counterproductive? I'm just not sure if it's best to take it after a meal, so I'm having trouble deciding.
