저도 매운걸 좋아하는데 요즘 신세대들의 음식은 너무 매워서 저도 먹기가 힘듭니다
This is a review of treating gastritis symptoms caused by overly stimulating eating habits.
I've cut down a lot now, but I've had the habit of eating spicy and salty foods since I was little.
I felt symptoms of gastritis and went to the hospital for an endoscopy, wondering if that was the cause.
I didn't hear the exact diagnosis, but since my gastritis symptoms had progressed considerably, I was told to take medicine and eat rice and kimchi soaked in water for about two weeks.
I am the type of person who feels a bit fishy or greasy taste in food seriously.
So naturally, I think that by adding more stimulating ingredients like gochujang or red pepper powder, and later salt and soy sauce, I got used to the taste and started eating more stimulating foods.
Anyway, for a while, I was fine, but then one day, I was at home and my stomach hurt so badly. It wasn't just indigestion or anything, but it was so painful that I thought I had a hole in my stomach, so I thought it might be a symptom of gastritis.
For a while, it was so hard that I couldn't even move, but after suffering for a while, as time passed, the symptoms of gastritis became a little more bearable.
So I went to the hospital and got examined and had an endoscopy. I didn't hear the conclusion well, but I was told that I had a lot of strain on my stomach and that I had gastritis, which was an inflammation, so I should be very careful about what I eat for the time being.
To some extent, he said to eat rice mixed in water and only eat kimchi as a side dish, but to rinse the kimchi before eating it, like white kimchi.
I had to eat liver that was worse than the food for a critically ill patient. They said that would help my gastritis symptoms get better.
After taking medicine for two weeks, my gastritis symptoms did get better.
I treated my gastritis symptoms like this and now I eat less spicy food than before.
But it's not completely possible, so I'm trying to control it myself and release it.
It is difficult when the entire human body is sick, but especially when it comes to the digestive system, it seems that stress builds up considerably and the quality of life declines because you can't eat properly.
I think it would be good for everyone to develop the habit of eating foods that are not too stimulating and prevent gastritis symptoms in advance.
