Lately, it's been really, really uncomfortable.
I feel bloated all day long with constant gas in my stomach and a sensation of fullness or blockage in my abdomen.
After eating, it gets worse, and even when I stay still, I keep hearing gurgling sounds and feel stuffy, so I can't concentrate well ㅠㅠ
Maybe it's because I'm stressed...
Is it indigestion or did I eat something wrong?
I don't really understand ㅠㅠ
Is it true that bromelain is effective? Does anyone know how to prevent gas in the stomach?
