[Health Tips] How to Manage a Weak Stomach

 

 

I have stress-induced gastritis and acute gastric spasms.

When mental health issues arise or when experiencing stress

The response in the body tended to appear in the order of stomach > colon.

Currently, such chain reactions have decreased from 100% to about 10%.

 

The symptoms that have continuously appeared whenever I experienced severe stress since my school days are as follows.

 

  • Bloating in the stomach
  • Passing gas doesn't relieve it, and taking gas relief medication is useless.
  • I also have a burning sensation in my stomach.
  • The pain comes in 1-2 minute intervals with a sensation of the stomach contracting and expanding.
  • Taking medicine only helps for that moment.
  • I often have indigestion and feel bloated.
  • Eating in very small amounts or overeating
  • Constipation occurs or diarrhea happens 3 to 4 times a day.

 

Having gas in the stomach means that normal gastric activity is not occurring.

First, it would be good to block the root cause of the illness, which is stress, but if that's not possible, then at least try to alleviate it a little.

It was important to find a way to manage it.

 

 

 

The methods I used to solve the problem were changing my lifestyle habits and not delaying going to the hospital.

 

  • Bloating in the stomach
  • Passing gas doesn't relieve it, and taking gas relief medication is useless.

Control carbohydrate and sugar intake to about 70% of your usual amount, and take enzyme supplements.

It is best to find the right enzyme supplement by trying different ones that suit you. Because taste, formulation, and timing of intake vary from person to person.

In most cases, this involves pain, which causes problems in daily life. Pain leads to greater stress and deterioration, so it is essential to visit a hospital and have a doctor examine you.

Please make sure to take all the prescribed medication during your treatment.

These three things are really important: improving lifestyle habits. Regular meals and proper daily nutrition intake are the most important.

It is important. Our bodies are not as resilient as we think, so it is crucial to live with a consistent rhythm.

I have to live each day repeatedly and regularly, as if my body is being reborn and I am teaching myself.

 

I will run 3 km, drink 2 liters of water, have a simple breakfast, moderate lunch and dinner, and take vitamins, omega-3, and probiotics.

After about five years, all of the symptoms above disappeared.
