My digestive ability is deteriorating day by day;;;
Last year, I had a lot of stressful things happen...
Whenever I eat something, I get indigestion, vomit, and diarrhea;;;
Both the stomach and intestines are functioning poorly.
I thought I was getting a little better by going to the hospital, taking medication, and exercising regularly.
This year, I think things are a bit better, but as soon as I pay a little attention, I feel like I have indigestion even though I don't.
Feeling bloated and unable to eat;;;
I keep burping randomly and hear continuous gurgling sounds in my stomach.
Fortunately, I don't have constipation, but I can't have a satisfying bowel movement, and my stool keeps getting thinner.
Whenever I do the InBody test, my protein and water levels are always low.
I make sure to eat meat and drink a lot of water with supplements;;;
The numbers aren't changing;;;
Just drinking water makes me run to the bathroom...
Stress is partly due to a sensitive personality; however, the situation I am currently in is not something that can be easily resolved~~
It seems like it will continue in the future as well. What should I do about this?
I worked so hard for 8 months of health training and finally gained only 1.5kg of muscle, but then something came up and I had to take a 3-week break...
