Still, by consistently managing and undergoing treatment, I have improved a lot now. I will honestly share with my friends the management methods and treatment process I experienced.
The beginning of treatment for external hemorrhoids through dietary regulation is managing gut health. Since constipation worsens the symptoms, it is important to consume foods rich in fiber. I eat oatmeal with blueberries every morning and drink more than 2 liters of water a day. Probiotic yogurt also helps with bowel movements, which significantly improved my symptoms.
Maintaining cleanliness and anal hygiene through sitz baths are essential parts of hemorrhoid treatment. Gently wash with warm water after bowel movements, and use unscented bidet or mild soap. Sitting in warm water for 10 minutes 2 to 3 times a day can improve blood circulation and reduce pain. I added a drop of lavender oil to my sitz bath for a relaxing healing time.
