예방 방법이 뭐가 있겠어요 말 그대로 속쓰림을 일으키는 원인을 안 드시면 되지요ㅎ 떡과 초코파이를 안드시면 되겠네요 나이 들면서 소화력이 떨어지더라구요 건강한 식사 하시면 도움이 될 것 같네요 밀가루와 떡이 소화가 좀 안되긴 하더라고요 부드러운 식사로 챙겨주세요
Question) Recently, I have been experiencing a burning sensation in my stomach after eating certain foods.
It's just as the title says.
Does digestion change as we age?
I recently lost consciousness, but upon reflection, I realized that certain foods cause a burning sensation in my stomach.
Some of the rice cake and a Choco Pie.
It is not to the point of needing to take antacids, but I am very uncomfortable.
Ironically, my family members like rice cakes a lot.
There are even cases where a meal is made entirely of rice cakes.
If I say that I am like this with rice cake... I think this diet (one meal of rice cake) might become distant, so I don't mention the discomfort.
Is the above digestive function changing?
Should we consider diseases of the digestive system?
What are the prevention methods?
