A review of treating reflux esophagitis through the consumption of foods that help with reflux esophagitis

Due to frequent overeating and a lifestyle of lying down immediately after meals, I developed gastroesophageal reflux disease. Every time I experienced chest pain, I ignored it, but the reflux disease worsened, making it difficult. To treat the reflux esophagitis, I changed my lifestyle and ate foods that help with reflux, gradually improving my condition.

First, I planned a diet with fruits and vegetables to treat reflux esophagitis, choosing fruits such as bananas, kiwis, melons, apples, and pears, which are alkaline or low-acidic. These foods helped with digestion, neutralized stomach acid, and reduced esophageal reflux during treatment. I also consumed a lot of vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, spinach, and sweet potatoes.

Secondly, to treat reflux esophagitis, I completely stopped drinking carbonated beverages, coffee, and tea, and focused on eating aloe vera, low-acid fruit juices, chicken breast, and tofu, which are low-fat proteins. I personally found aloe vera to be effective, so I consistently consumed 100% organic eco-friendly aloe vera from Geoje Island. After more than four months of eating only foods that help with reflux esophagitis, my symptoms significantly improved.

Third, I took digestive enzymes and probiotics daily to treat reflux esophagitis. Probiotics can help reduce inflammation in the esophagus and gastrointestinal tract, so they were helpful. I took RadiWell Probiotics Balance, which has a good reputation and is an effective product, so it helped in treating reflux esophagitis. Today, I specifically took grain enzymes, which have a very high enzyme activity level that quickly breaks down food, making them very beneficial for treating reflux esophagitis.

Fourth, since reflux esophagitis can occur again at any time, I have developed the habit of lying down only after some digestion has occurred following a meal, and I avoid overeating altogether.

    저녁을 자극적이지 않은 음식으로 소식하고 가벼운 운동으로 소화를 시켜준후에
