Milia around the lower eyelashes??? Dermatology? Ophthalmology? Where should I go?

There are two or three small bumps just below the line near the lower eyelashes, possibly milia or something similar.

I think I had an eye removed at the ophthalmology clinic a long time ago... I really remember it being very painful.

I think I went to the ophthalmology department because it was close to my eye at that time.

Do they also remove it at the dermatology clinic??

The wait time at the ophthalmology department is too long...
