This is a review of experiencing shingles symptoms and receiving early treatment.
One day, I visited the hospital after experiencing a burning sensation and tingling on my back and side.
The symptoms were the same as shingles, so I combined injection treatment with ointment treatment.
Thanks to early treatment, the pain was minimized and the shingles symptoms were treated in a short period of time.
One day, while living normally as usual, I felt a very slight sensation of my skin rubbing against fabric. There was nothing particularly noticeable to the touch, and aside from a slight redness, I felt no other symptoms, so I simply ignored it. After a day or two, the redness gradually increased, and I began to feel a burning sensation that turned into some pain. At first glance, it resembled a rash about the size of a millet seed, leading me to suspect shingles, so I immediately visited a hospital. A friend nearby had previously experienced shingles, so I was aware of the symptoms and the importance of early treatment, which prompted me to act quickly. The diagnosis at the hospital confirmed it was shingles, and I was told that although it was still early, the treatment period could be painful.
As you well know, the symptoms of shingles are characterized by red rashes that resemble hives and are accompanied by pain upon contact, making daily life quite uncomfortable. Even when going to work, I applied the ointment as often as possible, and at home, I tried to avoid contact with fabrics and applied the ointment frequently. For about a week, there was no fever and I experienced pain, but by the second week, I could clearly feel the shingles symptoms diminishing. The redness gradually decreased, and the burning pain also lessened over time. The symptoms became so mild that they could hardly be called shingles, but I continued to apply the ointment nonetheless.
