그렇군요 이런것 한번쯤은 다 격을봤을거에요 어떤것은 놔두니까 안에 죽은깨가 되더라고요
When a bump appears on the skin, it's usually suspected to be a pimple or acne. If you can't squeeze it out with your fingers, don't try to manipulate it any further and see a dermatologist. It could be an epidermal cyst, not a pimple or acne.
An epidermoid cyst is a type of benign tumor that develops on the skin. It occurs when a hair follicle becomes blocked, causing epidermal cells to migrate deeper into the dermis and grow, creating a sac of epidermal cells.
They are small, ranging from 1 to 5 cm in diameter, but can grow to over 10 cm. Many people confuse them with lipomas, benign tumors formed by agglomerations of fatty tissue, but epidermoid cysts are firmer than lipomas. They can appear anywhere on the body, including the ears, chest, back, sides, and groin, rather than just on the face. Initially, they appear as hard, painless lumps, but if infected with bacteria, they can become red and painful.
Epidermal cysts should never be squeezed. They contain a higher concentration of keratin, a harder substance than sebum found in acne. Furthermore, the pores connecting the cyst to the skin are narrow, making them difficult to squeeze. Forcing the cyst with your hands can rupture the cyst, prolonging the recovery period due to internal damage. If it adheres to surrounding tissue, it may not be completely removed, even with surgery. There's also a risk of infection in the wound.
In mild cases, if left untreated, the cyst will naturally shrink in size or the inflammation will subside. Antibiotics can also be used to reduce the size. If the inflammation persists despite medication, an incisional surgery under local anesthesia may be necessary. Most wounds heal within one to two weeks after surgery. After surgery, be careful not to get water into the incision area. If you must wash it, wash it and dry the area immediately. Avoid using waterproof bandages, as they can increase the risk of bacterial infection. Caution is advised, as a weakened immune system due to accumulated fatigue or severe stress can lead to the recurrence of epidermoid cysts.
==========
Acne is something that you should cover up rather than something else.
They say it's much better if the air is circulating.
And in our daily lives
Because the "hand" is the one that touches everything.
The habit of constantly touching your face
They say it's actually poisonous.
