두피 건선을 잘 관리하고 계시는군요. 저는 한때 피부에 건성이 생겨 고생했었네요
Have you heard of psoriasis?
Psoriasis is a chronic skin condition characterized by the formation of red, round patches on the skin due to abnormal proliferation of epidermal cells, with white scales repeatedly forming on the erythematous areas.
Psoriasis, along with atopic dermatitis, is a representative intractable skin disease, and it is a skin condition with a high incidence rate of about 1-2% of the entire population in our country.
Here, scalp psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that causes cells to accumulate on the skin surface.
These cells are thick cells that often appear silvery or reddish and can sometimes cause pain.
This can spread to the neck or behind the ears, causing itching, burning, and sometimes forming unsightly scabs.
Five years ago, I had psoriasis that started on the scalp behind my ears and spread to behind my ears.
This is a photo of my scalp psoriasis... It's slightly red, and there are flakes like dandruff, right?ㅠㅠ
Plaque psoriasis is characterized by wide-ranging eruptions that peel easily and turn the skin red.
It's psoriasis that is very itchy and dry, often causing bleeding from scratching.
I had a scalp condition that, when scratched, shed white dandruff-like flakes, which looked unappealing to others, so I visited the hospital.
However, at the hospital, they only prescribed steroids and said there was no cure.
The cause is said to be genetic or due to stress.
But I hardly scratch it now!! It hasn't disappeared, but the itching has lessened.
I would like to share the methods I have practiced.
Switching to natural shampoo for the first time and using a scalp brush
I tried various dandruff shampoos, but they made my scalp oilier or drier and had more negative effects.
I've really tried using many different shampoosㅠㅠ
It wasn't easy to find what suited me, but I decided to try something made from natural ingredients from the beginning, and this is the product I was recommended and used.
And using a scalp brush.
I bought it for 1,000 won at Daiso. But I'm using it very usefully!
Boosting immunity for the second time
They say it's a symptom that occurs when the immune system weakens.
While working rotating shifts at the company, my day and night schedules changed, and I mainly ate instant foods. Frequent dieting caused me to skip meals, and gradually, these symptoms started to appear.
So, I decided to make sure to eat all three meals a day, even if simply.
On days without appointments, as shown in the picture below, I usually have simple breakfast and dinner, trying to follow the diet plan.
I ate whatever I wanted for lunch, regardless of the type of food!
And usually, I sleep about 5 hours, pursue hobbies, and meet people, but I aimed to sleep at least 7 hours or more thoroughly.
Applying a third apple cider vinegar hair pack
Applying apple cider vinegar can promote blood circulation in the small blood vessels of the skin, which can help improve the condition of the scalp. The natural acids contained in it restore the skin's pH to normal levels and gently help remove dead skin cells.
<Ingredients>
125mL apple cider vinegar (about half a cup), 250mL water (about one cup)
<How to Make>
Dilute apple cider vinegar in warm water.
<Usage Instructions>
Spray it like a spray and spray it all over the scalp, leave it on for about 20 minutes, then rinse.

I did that method about once a week.
The link above shows how to do it in a washbasin or sink!
It's a simpler way haha
Avoid the area when doing the fourth hair coloring or perm, and perform the procedure with some spacing.
I can't avoid doing my hair, but when I go to the beauty salon, I tell them to avoid areas with wounds or redness on my scalp a little.
I thought I should avoid giving any stimulation!
Now, only a slight redness remains, and the peeling-like flakes have disappeared.
If you neglect care again, the itching will start again, but it's much better than before, so it's bearable haha
I hope this will also be helpful to those who have the same symptoms as me.
