About eight years ago, I developed psoriasis, and it was so severe that it made daily life difficult, so it was a really tough time. The cause of the psoriasis seems to be a disruption and imbalance in the skin and the body's immune system. The dermatologist diagnosed it as psoriasis, and the prescribed medication was not enough, so over several years I improved my diet, underwent traditional Korean medicine treatment, and changed my lifestyle, gradually getting better.

One of the causes of psoriasis is said to be the disruption of skin balance. At that time, I was in a state of severe pain due to irregular sleep and overwork. Because of psoriasis, my nerves were also sensitive, and even gentle products caused skin pain, gradually becoming more stinging. My skin was itchy and burning, so I initially thought that applying a lot of moisturizer would suffice, but my condition worsened and the red areas expanded. Psoriasis caused me significant mental stress and also led to social withdrawal. I tried to restore my disrupted balance and boost my immunity through traditional medicine, gradually filling my body with healthy and fresh foods. Foods that could help alleviate psoriasis mainly included mushrooms instead of meat, olive oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids that reduce inflammation, and white fish that make the body more alkaline. Beans are good for protein and antioxidants, and I aimed to eat a lot of them to help reduce psoriasis inflammation. Dark leafy vegetables like spinach and kale contain many antioxidants that protect cells from inflammation, so I ate a little at each meal.

I am taking Dr. Lin Organic Vitamin D regularly because I heard that vitamin D can help regulate excess immune cells and may aid in alleviating psoriasis. Since selenium is also said to help reduce inflammation, many people take Solgar Selenium, and I have been taking it as well. It seems to be helpful in the long run.

    역시 면역력이라는게 얼마나 중요한건가를 또 느끼네요.저는 대상포진도 오고 건선끼도 있어서 고생을 한적이 있었어요...대상포진이 면역력이 떨어져서 그런건 알고 있었는데 건선도 그런거 였군요...
