걱정이네요 저는 지루성이라고 하더라고요 가려움증이 있어서 머리을 길게 못길러요 뒤꼴이 그래요 하루빨리 좋아지시길
I've only heard about psoriasis from others; I've never experienced it myself.
I went to the hospital because I had an unusually severe scalp itch, and I was diagnosed with psoriasis.
If it gets worse, the skin may peel off and bleed, but fortunately, that's not the case for me. Since it's recurring, I'll share my usual home care methods.
Whenever psoriasis occurs, I go to the hospital to get injections and prescriptions, and while treatment at the time of onset can improve and help it get better, if the environment doesn't suit me, psoriasis will flare up again.
I realized how difficult recurrent diseases can be because of psoriasis.
So, I am trying to do my best to take good care of my scalp at home.
There may be differences in the reasons for the onset, but I realized that my symptoms worsen or I experience an outbreak when I sweat.
But this year was really hot.
It's the season where I sweat just by sitting still, and when I move even a little, my scalp heats up quickly and starts sweating, and when I sweat, I feel itchy on my skin, about six or seven out of ten.
But I can't do nothing either.
So, whenever I had to move around, I stayed indoors as much as possible, and when exercising, I carried a fan or ice water with me, keeping it close to my head to prevent my body temperature from rising as much as possible.
I use good quality shampoo, wash my hair thoroughly, and to prevent my scalp from becoming damp, I make sure to dry my scalp completely after washing my hair.
When your immune system weakens, everything starts to show negative effects, so I make sure to take probiotics regularly and exercise consistently.
Of course, when symptoms worsen, I go to the hospital to receive fundamental treatment.
Since it's in my head and others can't see it, it's somewhat better, but when it flares up, it itches, and I know that scratching will make it worse, so every time I get tired, it's really hard.
I am consistently trying to prevent psoriasis from developing at home, but since relapses can occur, the best way is to prevent it from happening altogether.
