I've only heard about psoriasis from others; I've never experienced it myself.
My head was strangely very itchy, so I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with psoriasis.
If it gets worse, the skin might peel off and bleed, but fortunately, I'm not at that stage.
When you sweat a lot or keep experiencing recurrences, it makes this season difficult.
Every time I get psoriasis, I go to the hospital to get injections and prescriptions.
If you receive treatment when this occurs, it improves and gets better.
Eventually, if the environment doesn't suit, psoriasis will flare up again.
I realized how difficult recurrent diseases can be because of psoriasis.
So, I am trying to do my best to take good care of my scalp at home.
Everyone may have different reasons for the onset, but I believe that sweating worsens the symptoms or triggers the onset.
I understood.
But during this season, even just sitting still makes you sweat, and if you move a little,
Soon after my scalp heats up and I start sweating, I feel itching that lasts for six or seven days.
But I can't do nothing either.
So, when there is a need to move around, try to stay indoors as much as possible, and when exercising, use a fan or cold water.
I carry it around and keep it in my mind to minimize the fever as much as possible.
To use good shampoo, wash your hair well, and keep your scalp from becoming moist.
I wash my hair and make sure to thoroughly dry my scalp.
When your immune system weakens, everything negative tends to surface first, so I make sure to take probiotics regularly.
I also plan to exercise regularly.
Of course, when symptoms worsen, I go to the hospital to receive fundamental treatment.
It's inside my head, so others can't see it, so it's somewhat better, but when it flares up, it itches.
Knowing that scratching will make it worse and cause it to spread more, it becomes very difficult each time I get tired.
I am consistently trying to prevent psoriasis from developing at home, but ultimately, it recurs.
The best way is to prevent it from happening.
