A review of Remember Clinic treatment for 'allergy' skin symptoms

I sometimes get allergy symptoms when I'm tired. Not long ago, I developed a rash on the inside of my foot, a rash that resembled small, rice-like bumps. So, I visited the dermatologist, Remember Clinic, and this is my review.

It's all better now!

This is my experience of being treated with creams and oral medication.

The cream I was prescribed was Dermotasone MLE Cream. It's a topical steroid. I was also prescribed four oral medications: an adrenal cortex hormone, an antihistamine, an anti-allergy medication, and a gastrointestinal motility regulator and antispasmodic.

I was told to apply the Dermotason cream once a day, so I applied it before going to bed at night. I took the oral medication twice a day for four days.

MPDL is an adrenal cortex hormone medication often prescribed for allergies and skin conditions, and is highly effective. It seems like a steroid.

Also, Celezion tablets and Alcetin tablets are antihistamines and anti-allergy medications used to treat allergies. Taking these can cause heartburn, so I was prescribed Mosapine tablets as well. After taking the oral medication and applying the cream, my allergic skin condition improved significantly. If you suffer from allergies, don't worry and visit a dermatologist for a consultation and prescription.

I applied Dermotason ML cream to the inner skin of my feet where I had an allergic reaction about once a day. Since I only had to apply it for about a week, I had a lot of cream left over. I plan to apply it again if I experience any allergic symptoms later.

An allergy is an abnormal reaction of our immune system to a harmless substance outside the body.

If food intolerance occurs during the course of a lower skin allergy, secondary allergies may occur and the condition may become worse.

So, let's find out what foods you should avoid eating because of skin allergies.

Sharing information on foods to avoid when you have allergies.

1. Spicy food

I believe that spicy food is loved by many in everyday life.

Many people like to add spicy flavor to their meals or stir-fries.

Many people find spicy food very comforting and stimulating.

I feel like it helps to stimulate my appetite.

However, if you have allergies, you should never eat spicy food.

While you have allergies, you should eat bland foods.

It is best not to eat foods that stimulate our body.

2. Seafood

Fish is prone to allergies,

If you eat fish, your skin may become exposed quickly.

Some people may experience red, swollen lips and itchy or reddened skin.

We do not recommend consuming seafood to prevent the condition from worsening.

I have a seafood allergy.

3. Raw and cold foods

All general practitioners will recommend it.

People with skin allergies should avoid eating raw and cold foods.

Since raw and spicy foods stimulate our body together, we have allergies.

Eating these irritating foods can make your allergies worse.

Some of the cold foods in our daily lives are watermelon, banana, melon, tomato, and lily.

It is recommended to drink lukewarm water frequently while your skin is showing an allergic reaction.

4. Don't eat processed foods.

Normally, we enjoy eating snacks or foods like ramen.

All of these foods contain added ingredients that are bad for the human body.

Therefore, people with allergies may experience relapses.

Be careful not to eat these processed foods while you have allergies.

When choosing food, you should look at its ingredients.
