Unexplained skin itching only at night?

I originally have allergic rhinitis, and my skin also reacts allergically~~

It's mostly things like household dust and pet hair rather than food.

It's been over three years since we started raising a dog at our house, and I've never experienced anything like this before. Suddenly, from daytime to evening, I feel fine, but late at night when I try to sleep or while sleeping, I suddenly start to feel intense itching in one spot, which then spreads gradually.

I always keep allergy medication as an over-the-counter drug, so I take it immediately if I feel something is strange, but why do I only itch at night? It's been about a week or ten days like that, and now it's okay, but I'm really curious about why this is happeningㅠㅠ
