[Concern] Acne on my face? Pimples keep popping up

Lately, pimples and acne are frequently appearing on my face~

Does the photo show a red bump with a white pus in the middle? Is this a pimple?

I wonder if I can get acne at this age.

I thought they were all pimples when they came up like that.

Pimples are caused by bacterial infections.

No pus that is white or yellow comes out when squeezed.

They say pus-like substance is coming out.

It seems that skin troubles are worse in summer than in other seasons~

I'm barely holding back from crying because I want to get rid of the white stuff.

If you cut it, bacteria could enter through the gap.

They said it might be a lung issue.

How should I manage pimples of that kind?

Please advise on how to prevent such skin troubles ^^
