Shingles experience in your 20s

Hello! When do you think you might get shingles?

I actually had shingles when I was exactly 20 years old.

 

It's already been 7 years... I can't believe how fast time flies... Sob...

 

 

Anyway, seven years ago, I was working part-time during the vacation.

I think part-time work was really difficult.

After working part-time for about three weeks, blisters appeared on the back of my neck.

Since it was the weekend, I thought I should rest well, but my body gradually started to hurt, so I just lay down.

My mom suggested we go to the hospital, so we went, and it turned out I had shingles right away... haha

 

 

When I think that a 20-year-old has shingles, of course, it's absurd.

My mom said that people over 40 are the ones who get shingles, but...

The doctor was saying that these days, many people with weakened immune systems are getting sick.

Fortunately, since the shingles had not spread, I recovered quickly.

 

Everyone, if you don't catch shingles early, your body will become very weakㅠㅠㅠ

So, I will have my parents receive the shingles vaccination.

We in our twenties should take good care of our health... haha
