(Concern) I think I have cholinergic urticaria...ㅠㅠ
Since mid-May of this year, I suddenly developed red spots on my skin and have been struggling until now.
On Teacher's Day, after having drinks with my mentor and friends at a sashimi restaurant, I developed hives...ㅠㅠ
At first, I thought I was having an allergic reaction to the seafood restaurant's food.
Since then, I have continued to drink alcohol at the sushi restaurant 1 to 2 times, but allergic reactions have persisted.
So I thought the cause was raw fish, so I avoided eating raw fish and drank alcohol.
Hives appeared even after not eating sashimi and drinking other foods and alcohol.
I feel fine the day I drink alcohol...
Hives occur about 12 hours after drinking alcohol.
Hives disappear after 1 to 2 hours.
And for about 24 hours, intermittent hives keep recurring...ㅠㅠ
Hives occur more frequently on the lower body than on the upper body.
It seems to be cholinergic urticaria caused by alcohol consumption...ㅠㅠ
Cholinergic urticaria can be triggered by excessive exercise, mental stress, or hot baths.
Occurs when body temperature rises,
It is characterized by being smaller in size than typical hives.
It is said that multiple small lesions, about 1 to 2 mm in size like millet grains, develop.
I should refrain from drinking for now...ㅠㅠ
However, I have never experienced such symptoms before.
Is it because my immune system has weakened with age?
I started running last fall... Could it be due to excessive exercise?
I'm 고민되네요...ㅠㅠ
