[Concern] I am curious about skin fibromas.

There is a blackish, raised bump on my right elbow. I went to the dermatologist a few years ago.

I had a biopsy done, and fortunately, it was diagnosed as a dermatofibroma. The dermatologist said it's okay to leave it alone, but if it looks unsightly cosmetically, it's better to remove it, so I decided to have it removed.

I had a simple laser treatment, but maybe it wasn't done properly, because even now, as you can see in the picture above, it still remains like this. There's nothing I can do about it, so I just leave it be.

At the moment I noticed, there was one more on the left side of my waist and back. It doesn't hurt much.

I'm wearing clothes, so you can't see it. It's okay to just stay here, but should I go to the dermatologist for treatment?

I'm curious why this kind of thing happens.

Has anyone else had skin fibromas like mine?
