This is Oracle Dermatology Clinic located in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. Reservations are not available for the first visit, but they can be made from the second visit onward. There are many dermatology clinics near Yuseong Intersection, so before going to a dermatologist, I called for consultation. The nurse was kind and explained my questions well, so I decided to go there.

The facility is clean, and the parking lot is convenient to use, so it's comfortable.

Since it was my first visit, I couldn't make a reservation, but I heard fewer patients come in the morning, so I visited in the morning.

I was glad that the waiting time was not longer than I expected.

 

 

My mom went to the dermatologist because she wasn't sure if she had hives or was bitten by an insect. She already has a dermatologist she usually visits, and while the staff there are kind, sometimes the doctor speaks in a very instructive manner. So, she decided to visit another dermatologist with me, and we went to Oracle Dermatology.

There are many dermatology clinics near the apartment shopping area, so I looked up reviews and visited after reading reviews that said they are friendly and provide good treatment.

The nurse was very good at explaining and was kind from the moment I made the phone reservation.

The doctor asked in detail about the foods eaten before the hives appeared, when the symptoms started, and whether there are any known allergies.

My mother's symptoms started with hives like in the picture, which gradually spread, causing the thighs to swell and turn red, resembling insect bites. As the symptoms expanded, she experienced itching, sweating, and stomach pain...

The hives symptoms are not limited to just one area; one day they appear on my thigh, another day on my stomach, and the previous day the area is fine, as the hives move around and appear in different places.

The doctor prescribed an injection, oral medication, and topical ointment for the food allergy. He told me to come back in three days to check the symptoms. After receiving the injection and taking the medication, the symptoms gradually improved.

The hives symptoms were not just itchy; I was worried because I had cold sweats, stomach pain, and the hives spread around, but the doctor reassured me that if I take medication, apply ointment, and rest well, I will be okay.

The doctor was caring and thoroughly checked the patient's condition, explaining everything well, so I was very satisfied. They reassured me about my concerns and talked about various forms of allergy symptoms, which made me trust them and feel at ease.
