(Concern) Red spots on hands and feet

I'm worried because small red spots have appeared on my hands and feet.

At first, it looked like blisters, so I thought it was water warts, but it immediately turned into a red spot.

But upon closer inspection, there are about 5 to 6 on each hand, not only on the palms but also between the fingers, and there is one on each sole of the feet.

I've been feeling very tired and sick lately, but I'm wondering if it's just a simple skin condition or an early symptom.

Does anyone happen to know?
