Are milia around the eyes essential for dermatology?

There is one milia under the eye. Specifically, it is located in the area of the tear trough.

It's been a while since it appeared, and it hasn't grown or shrunk any further.

Friends around their 40s say that milia will go away if you bother it, so they rudely tell you to poke it with a needle;;;

On the other hand, friends in their 20s and 30s insist that visiting a dermatologist is absolutely essential.

Definitely, it really feels like a completely different generation, haha.

Anyway, I found out that there are also tools sold for self-removal of milia.

The pimple extractor looks like an extractor. I think it just needs to be disinfected properly, has anyone tried it??
