I am constantly suffering from itchy skin. I originally have itching caused by atopic dermatitis, but recently it has become more itchy and dry due to the dryness. There was no special treatment, but I was prescribed a moisturizing cream along with instructions to keep my skin well moisturized. When I applied it to the itchy and dry areas, my symptoms significantly improved. I realized that moisturizing is really important for itching. I am applying plenty of the prescribed cream.
