When you develop a skin condition abroad~

I went on a long-term trip abroad some time ago.

I always keep emergency medicines with me. Digestive aids, painkillers, cold medicine, ointments for wounds, bandages, etc.

But one day, my face turned red and it was itchy. I thought it might be sun allergy, but it was more itchy and swollen at night.

I hurriedly bought something similar to ointment at a nearby pharmacy using broken English and gestures, but I remember it was a really difficult experience.

What should I do if I suddenly get sick abroad?
