Will a recurrence of milia spread if left untreated?

In my early 30s, I once had a milia under my eyes removed with laser because it was bothering me. However, recently, it has appeared again. I heard that milia tend to recur frequently after removal, but since it keeps coming back even after removal, I’m thinking about just leaving it alone. Do you think it will spread even more if I leave it untreated? Are there any prevention methods or ways to avoid milia? It’s so noticeable that makeup can’t cover it, and it looks even more prominent, which is driving me crazy.
