Can small spots be removed from the legs and arms?

I only removed moles from my face, but what about the moles on my body?

I'm wondering if the procedure can be done on my arms and legs.

There are some small red and light brown spots.

I used to ignore the moles on my body completely.

Once I start to stand out, I keep worrying about it.
