Can milk spot scars be effectively removed with laser treatment?

I have never visited a dermatologist in my lifetime.

I have no experience at all with laser procedures.

A middle school student has milk-colored spots on their face.

It's not a dark color... so maybe after I grow a bit taller (after finishing my height growth)

I want to remove the spots on my face.

Of course, the cost and number of procedures will vary depending on the size of the spots.
