(Review) I got treatment for calluses on the soles of my feet.

For the past few days, the soles of my feet have suddenly started to hurt so much. It's more of a stabbing pain than a tingling sensation. So I looked at the soles of my feet and saw a round, callus-like growth on top of my calluses...😭

I tried watching it for a few days, but it didn't get any better, and it wouldn't come off with nail clippers. The pain only got worse... So I decided to go to a dermatologist to get the callus removed.

 

As a result of searching the internet, I found the Poison Clinic at Sungshin Women's University, so I went there!

 

Congressman Poison said he uses liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.

It is a treatment method that involves repeatedly freezing and melting the sty by directly contacting it with liquid nitrogen at -195℃.

 

Thick, hard calluses break off from normal tissue through a repeated freezing and melting process. If the callus nucleus is large and deep, multiple treatments may be necessary.

 

Luckily, they said I didn't look deep.

 

Removing the stain didn't take long. It took about 20 minutes to get it done and get it treated.

 

The teacher also said that aftercare is important.

After removing the callus, they told me not to wear tight shoes or anything like that on the area where the callus was and the thin skin on the edges of both feet 🤣

 

It was summer, so I wore flip-flops and he said that's why it looked like that😱

 

Additionally, he advised me to correct my poor gait, which causes my weight to shift to one side, and to regularly remove dead skin cells from my feet.
