I have flat warts that appear one by one. Is there a way to remove them myself?

A few years ago, when my immune system was weakened, I started getting flat warts around my neck.

Within a few months, it had spread to my entire neck.

So I went to a dermatologist and had laser treatment to remove it.

But recently, flat warts started appearing one by one on my neck and collarbone area.

Now, they are small and there are not many of them, so if you can remove them yourself,

I'd like to try it, is there a way?

Or maybe it would be better to go to a dermatologist and get laser treatment?
