Sometimes I feel a stinging sensation in my arms or legs.

As the title says, I've been having a soreness in my arm, wrist, or leg without touching or getting hurt, and I'm worried because it doesn't seem to be an issue. I've heard that shingles or something like that hurts a lot, but that doesn't seem to be the case... I don't know why, so it's so frustrating. Does anyone know why this is?
