비타민D가 진짜 진짜 중요한 영양제더라구요 꾸준하게 챙겨먹어요 겠네요
A review of psoriasis treatment with improved eating habits and oriental medicine.
About three years ago, I developed psoriasis, and it was a truly difficult time, making daily life difficult. I believe the psoriasis was caused by an imbalance between the skin and the body's immune system. I gradually cured my psoriasis through medication prescribed by a dermatologist, dietary changes, traditional Korean medicine, and lifestyle changes.
Because of psoriasis, I was very sensitive, and even with mild products, my skin would become sore and irritated. At first, I thought applying a lot of moisturizer would help, but my condition worsened, and the redness in my skin grew larger. Psoriasis caused me significant mental stress and even led to social phobia.
To treat psoriasis, I tried to restore my balance and boost my immunity with traditional Korean medicine. I also slowly filled my body with healthy, fresh foods. Foods that can help with psoriasis treatment include mushrooms instead of meat, olive oil rich in omega-3 fats that reduce inflammation, and white fish that promotes alkalinity.
Beans are also a good source of protein and antioxidants and can help treat psoriasis. I tried to eat a lot of them. Dark leafy greens like spinach and kale are rich in antioxidants that protect cells from inflammation, so I ate a little of them with every meal to help treat my psoriasis.
I also regularly took Dr. Lin Organic Vitamin D, wondering if it might help treat psoriasis, as it's known to regulate overactive immune cells. I also heard that selenium helps reduce inflammation, so I took Solgar Selenium, which many people also take. Taking these two supplements long-term seems to have helped with my psoriasis treatment.
