Skin inflammation pimple

I keep getting pimples below my chinㅠ

I usually don't worry about small pimples, but today when I washed my face and brushed my chin, I felt a hard and painful sensation inside.ㅠ

Things like this don't naturally settle down... I have to wait until it abscesses and then squeeze it out, and it takes time for the scar to regain its colorㅠㅠ I need to be careful with makeup and skincare, so it's upsetting.

Why do I keep getting skin troubles at this age, looking at middle age that isn't even youth?
