How can I get rid of this annoying seborrheic dermatitis?

Seborrheic dermatitis… This is my third relapse and I’m so tired.

It used to be really bad, but it went away after I took good care of it, but in August, when it was really hot, my scalp got really sunburned.

 

Then the dead skin cells started peeling off and from then on, the dermatitis came back again.

The dead skin cells are getting thicker and thicker, and it's incredibly itchy. When I scratch, they fall off like white powder, looking like dandruff. I've also developed pimples.

Because Jeongsu-ri was like that, I was only concerned about Jeongsu-ri

The bottom of my head started to feel itchy and then I started getting dandruff;; My seborrheic dermatitis has spread...

 

At this time, I just woke up white

It's getting worse and worse and now it's like this

 

Even my scalp turned red

Of course, I'm taking medicine and I've even changed my shampoo to a seborrheic dermatitis shampoo, but the seborrheic dermatitis doesn't get better even with medicine.

It seems to get better temporarily, but then it keeps coming back up.

Right now, the area behind my ears and on my crown is the most itchy and uncomfortable part.

This time, the cause is probably sunburn, which is why my scalp is recovering much more slowly.

Why does this keep happening again and again? How can I fix it more fundamentally?

For those of you who have experienced recurrences of seborrheic dermatitis multiple times, is it really true that once you get seborrheic dermatitis, you have to live with it for the rest of your life?
