I found out why my athlete's foot keeps coming back.
After I got athlete's foot on the soles of my feet from somewhere,
I lived with that athlete's foot for almost a year and a half.
I got a prescription for Lamisil from a dermatologist
I try to be as barefoot as possible because I care about ventilation.
Then I pretend to get better and go back to my daily life.
It happens again when I commute to and from work... and I go to the dermatologist again and get some medicine...
As I kept repeating this, a year passed by quickly.
Since I wear socks and shoes for a long time while commuting to and from work,
So, I used foot shampoo to prevent relapse.
But it's still refreshing to use foot shampoo
It doesn't seem to be able to prevent it from recurring.
Then I changed the socks themselves.
I mainly wear nylon socks, but I tried switching to cotton socks.
Later, I changed to silver socks like the odorless boy socks because of the silver antibacterial properties.
From then on, my athlete's foot did not recur and got better.
The athlete's foot fungus that is deeply embedded in the socks becomes wet.
I came back to life, took medicine, came back to life again, and repeated this process, and it relapsed.
I think that changing to silver socks prevents fungi from surviving inside the socks.
So now my feet are in this condition.
I came back completely clean and sound.
Originally, if I went back to my daily life at this level, it would relapse again.
There is no such thing now, it has been like this forever.
I think it's safe to say that it's completely cured at this point.
If you pretend that your athlete's foot is getting better and it keeps coming back,
Among them, if you have no choice but to commute to work and spend a long time outside,
I think it would be okay to just change your socks once.
