I used toe socks and toe sleeves to prevent athlete's foot.

I have had athlete's foot for a long time and repeatedly went through the process of treatment. Going to the hospital and applying ointments was difficult and exhausting, so I looked for ways to prevent athlete's foot and found out about toe socks and toe braces. Therefore, to prevent athlete's foot, I started wearing breathable toe socks when going outside and used toe braces indoors, which proved effective in preventing athlete's foot. Like many others, I also wear dress shoes and work all day at my job. As a result, my feet don't ventilate well and sweat a lot, which caused athlete's foot to develop between my toes a few years ago. I went to the hospital, received a prescription for ointment, and started applying it to the affected areas. I also tried to wear low-heeled, wide-toe shoes at work and kept my feet clean by washing them frequently at home. However, while applying the ointment temporarily improved the athlete's foot, it kept recurring despite maintaining cleanliness. So, I looked for good ways to prevent athlete's foot and discovered toe socks and toe braces, which I purchased and started using continuously. I had heard before that toe socks are good for preventing athlete's foot, but I didn't like the look and didn't want to wear them. However, once I tried them, I found that my toes didn't sweat and the feeling of comfort was great.

So, I continued to wear toe socks when going outside or at work. When I got home after work, I washed my feet thoroughly to prevent athlete's foot and used toe guards to reduce contact and friction between my toes. I wore the toe guards on my second and fourth toes.

By consistently using toe socks and toe braces to prevent athlete's foot, I haven't experienced a recurrence of athlete's foot over the past year. I now realize that preventing athlete's foot from the beginning is much better than treating it after it occurs, and I plan to continue using toe socks and braces diligently to prevent athlete's foot in the future.
