저도 티눈 때문에 몇년 고생한 기억이 있어요. 티눈 연고와 티눈 패치를 사용해서 겨우 겨우 치료를 했고 현재는 다시 재발하지 않고 있어요. 앞으로 관리 잘 하세요.
Hello!
I am leaving this message to celebrate my finally being free after six months of battling plantar warts.
At first, I thought the corn on the sole of my foot was just a callus. But every time I walked, I felt a sharp pain. It was as if a small stone was lodged in the sole of my foot. Turns out, it was a corn. Corns are caused by pressure or friction, leading to thickening of the skin and the buildup of keratin.
At first, I bought a corn patch from the pharmacy and tried applying it. In the early stages of corn treatment, I thought this would be enough. However, patches couldn't provide a fundamental cure. Instead, the area around the corn turned white and swollen, which was even more confusing.
Eventually, I visited the dermatologist. The doctor told me that consistent effort is needed for corn treatment. I started laser treatment, but it was more painful than I expected. I received laser treatment to gradually remove the corn over a period of four weeks.
The most difficult part of the treatment process was that wearing shoes was uncomfortable. During wart treatment, it was necessary to minimize pressure, so I only wore soft sneakers. I kept my favorite dress shoes deep in the shoe cabinet.
I consistently managed my corn treatment at home. I soaked my feet in warm water to remove dead skin and applied the ointment prescribed by the doctor. At night, I used a special pad while sleeping. It was really bothersome, but such care is essential for treating corns.
After about three months, the corn has become much smaller. Now, after six months, it has completely disappeared! I feel so proud when I look at my feet after finishing the corn treatment.
From now on, I plan to pay more attention to shoe selection to prevent corns. I will wear properly fitting shoes and use cushioned insoles when walking or standing for long periods. Although the treatment for the corns is complete, I think it is important to manage to prevent them from coming back.
If you feel pain in your foot, check if it is a corn.
If you receive treatment early, you might not have to suffer for a long time like I didㅜㅜ
