My honest review of natural healing from Herpes Type 2 based on my experience
It's embarrassing, but since it's anonymous, I gather my courage to write.
I am a professional in my early 30s, and I was diagnosed with herpes type 2 three years ago.
At first, I thought I was just tired. I never considered it to be a prodromal symptom of herpes simplex virus type 2.
I felt a slight stinging sensation inside my thigh, and after two days, a few small blisters appeared. It was burning, and I also experienced a sharp pain when sitting. (Please include a small photo)
Of course, I didn't think it was an STD, but I looked it up and I was overwhelmed.
At the hospital, they said it was herpes type 2 and told me to take antiviral medication and apply ointment.
However, the problem is... even if you take medication, you can't completely eliminate the virus.
There are no actual cases of complete cure for Herpes Type 2, and it is said that it can recur whenever the immune system weakens.
I started thinking from that moment.
Isn't it more important to be in a state where your body can truly handle this virus, rather than just taking medicine?
So, I shifted my focus to natural healing for herpes type 2.
(Of course, I took medication during the acute phase. Because it was really painful…)
What I did was simple.
1. Truly thorough management of sleep, diet, and stress
2. I felt firsthand how my body reacts immediately when my immunity drops.
3. Quit drinking and smoking... On days when I'm too tired, I don't go out at all and rest.
4. The relationship with my partner was also broken. It took quite a long time to recover.
After about three months had passed, I continued to live without any particular issues.
There have been occasional tingling sensations, but no recurrence. Not even now.
Of course, there are still viruses inside my body.
So, is natural healing really possible?
My conclusion after researching is that natural healing of herpes type 2
I think it's possible when my body is strong enough to quietly contain the virus.
Honestly
I believe that a complete cure for herpes type 2 is a state of living quietly without recurrence.
So, I am leaving this message to help those who, like me, are looking for other options besides hospital medication.
How are you managing it?
Has anyone tried to naturally heal from herpes type 2?
I'm very curious about how you handled the prodromal symptoms and the timing of recurrence.
I also plan to keep recording from now on.
