I usually do it around April every year, but since I moved away from the hospital due to becoming a company director, I am only able to do it now.
Even though I was told to manage it daily, I still got nagged to use dental floss, and when they said to do resin because my gums have slightly receded, I lightly brushed it off and said let's see next year.
I paid 12,000 won.
It definitely feels refreshing after doing it.
I think I need to manage it like this so I won't have a hard time later. I do it once a year.

녹천일년에 한번은 저 금액으로 가능하니 예전보담은 확실히 부담은 줄었지요
구름방울맞아요 못해도 1년에 한번은 해야지 까먹고 몇년만에 가니까 엄청 아프더러구요 ㅋ 매년 해주면 깨끗해서 아플것도 없는데 ㅋ
찌니1년에 한 번 보험적용도 되니 부담스럽지 않고 좋은 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ
