But since it would only make things worse if I left it, I urgently looked for a hospital to receive treatment as soon as possible, and among the hospitals where I had been treated before, I chose one that had clean facilities, was friendly, and provided good treatment.

Since my baby is young, I need to come to the dentist after my husband gets home from work or leave the baby at my parents' house to get treatment, so I needed a place that had night care. I liked Vincent Dental because they have night care for three days a week, from Monday to Thursday, so I thought I could finish the root canal treatment quickly.

 

 

The interior was so clean and quiet!!

I went there around lunchtime on Monday and there were only a couple of people there. I left my baby at my parents' house and came here just to get an estimate and see how the treatment would be done.

 

 

After looking at the condition of my teeth, I decided to take an X-ray first, so I went to a place that had this kind of device.

 

 

And I consulted with the doctor while looking at dental X-rays, and when I asked how long the treatment would take, he said that he would have to take out the crown to know for sure, and that it might hurt because it was close to the nerve based on the current X-ray.

 

He said that if I don't get root canal treatment, it will probably be over in two visits, but if I do get root canal treatment, I will have to come in several more times.

 

And he explained in detail that the reason the tooth was broken was most likely because it was hollow due to a cavity.

 

I hesitated, but there was a reason why I decided to get treatment.

I told her that I was having trouble getting treatment because I had a baby, and she said she would treat me today and that it would only take 30 minutes, and that she would do it as quickly as possible, so we started the treatment right away.

 

We removed the existing crown, sealed it like this, and started treating the internal cavity.

 

The doctor treated me, saying that it was possible under local anesthesia and fortunately, the nerves did not seem to have rotted.

 

And then I had to put it back on, and they gave me the choice between ceramic and gold. Since it was in front of the inner molar, they recommended gold, which is harder than ceramic, so I decided to go with gold and have a mold taken.

 

It took about 30 minutes for the treatment and modeling!!

(I think the teacher was there for 3-4 minutes)

 

And then he told me to fill it with a fake tooth and use it for 5 days until the new gold tooth comes in, and to not chew food on the treated side if possible, and that the fake tooth could break or fall out, and sent me away with scary words..😱😭

 

Luckily, I went yesterday and got a mold attached to the tooth that was blocked!! ㅠㅠㅠ

 

They told me that if the numbness persists or pain occurs even after a month of attaching it and covering it with gold, I may need to undergo root canal treatment!

 

The cost came to 537,000 wonㅠㅠ I had another one painted white besides the one with gold plating..^^ But I console myself that it's better than it getting rotten and hurting more.

 

And the doctor gave me...!!!
