(Question) How do I remove my child's dental tartar?

My fiancé and I spent our childhood without major cavities.

I've never had to suffer from cavities even when I grew up.

I stayed away from the dentist after filling a cavity when I was 7 years old, and I only went back to the dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction.

The groom also goes for dental check-ups during health screenings.

 

However, children seem to be different from when we were young.

Because I am exposed to sweets like jelly candies and other confections

Cavities also form, and tartar builds up.

 

Below, it says that the second tartar cannot be removed.

This is a photo my husband sent me, telling me to make sure I brush my teeth well.

 

The white tartar part seems to have already hardened.

I think if I just brush well to prevent cavities, it will be enough.

The groom insists that it can be removed by brushing his teeth;;

 

And the 8-year-old child... now brushes their teeth independently.

I think it's probably best to just occasionally finish things up...

That kind of tartar... Even after losing the primary teeth and moving on to permanent teeth, it will come back. How do you manage tartar?
